At A-Team Marine we offer a training that is unique in the maritime industry. During a 3-day intensive but interesting course we will train your executives in:

Upon completion of this training, the course attendees will leave with a detailed understanding of how to drive a cultural change that will enable them to coach their teams towards delivering peak performance. This will be because of a new and enlightened approach to the management in their respective roles. As ship operator you will instantly see the results of the methods that we teach.

Participants are typically teams that already work together on board and consist of Captains, Staff Captains, Chief Engineers, Staff Chief Engineers and possibly CETO’s. Depending on your management structure on board, Hotel General Managers and HR Officers can also attend. 

The training can be delivered in our facility in the Netherlands, in-house or a location of your choice.
