Deliverables:

Upon completion of this training, the motorman will have a much better understanding of working principles and the dangers/precautions in operating equipment. Therefore, he can more easily engage with other members of the watch team and discuss operational challenges -and remedies. Moreover, he can be asked to perform tasks that require a higher level of competence. A proficient motorman is generally regarded as a prerequisite for ERM to function well. Our experience shows that the return on investment in this training is evident and very quick.

The training can be delivered in our facility in the Netherlands, in-house or a location of your choice.
