Deliverables:
Apart from teaching useful -and new knowledge in the subjects:
Effective management – the 7 transformations of leadership – interpersonal behaviours – coaching & mentoring – visioning – and “creating leaders”
we will ask participants in this course to complete the information for a DISC analysis. The content of their DISC profile will be discussed and the 32-page report will be a guideline and a reference for the development of their own successful and authentic leadership style.
